Agreement

By installing or using Hide and Seek Checkout, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

Service description

The App lets Shopify merchants create rules to hide, rename, or reorder payment methods at checkout through Shopify payment customizations. Feature availability depends on your subscription plan and Shopify platform limitations.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed through Shopify's billing system. Fees, trials, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations follow Shopify's billing terms. Development stores may receive complimentary access as described in the App.

Merchant responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the payment rules you configure and their effect at checkout.
  • You must comply with applicable laws, payment provider rules, and Shopify policies.
  • You must have authority to install the App on the Shopify store you connect.
  • You are responsible for testing rules on your storefront before relying on them in production.

Platform limitations

Payment customizations may not apply in all checkout flows (for example, some accelerated checkout experiences). Certain payment methods cannot be customized on all store types or regions. The App does not guarantee specific checkout outcomes.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 11STUDIO AGENCY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 11Studio Agency SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or discontinue the App with reasonable notice where possible. Sections that by nature should survive termination will survive.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
